We are a small family business and are on the shop floor during business hours where machine noise often keeps us from hearing the phone. If you text Robert he will almost always be back to you within 15 minutes. If you email he will almost always be back to you within a couple hours. Sometimes phone calls will not be heard or answered until the end of business hours. For the most timely service use text or e-mail when possible.
